TRAVEL GRANTS
EAACI and the Organising Committee of ERAM/SERIN 2010 offer 10 travel grants to EAACI Junior Members with an accepted abstract with good scores comprising free registration to ERAM/SERIN and reimbursement of travel costs up to a maximum of EUR 500,00 towards original receipts.
Additionally the EAACI Board of Officers allocates 50 travel grants for EACCI Junior Members comprising free registration to ERAM/SERIN and travel reimbursement up to a maximum of EUR 300,00 towards original receipts.
The application deadline for the travel grants has been extended until 27 September 2010.
The requirements for a travel grant are as follows:
- You need to be a confirmed EAACI junior member (under 35 years of age). For any information on becoming a junior member, please visit the EAACI website.
- You need to submit an abstract for the ERAM/SERIN 2010. For further information, please visit the ERAM/SERIN 2010 website.
- Your abstract needs to be accepted with a good score.
Application for a travel grant is only possible online - during Abstract Submission. Recipients of travel grants will be notified in writing shortly after notification of asbtract acceptance.
Those who are awarded a travel grant will receive free registration to the Congress and reimbursement of travel costs up to a maximum of EUR 300,00/500,00 towards original receipts. Travel costs will be refunded at the travel grants desk in the registration area. Please present your original travel receipts. Please note that no taxi rides will be reimbursed.
