If you need your visa invitation letter originally signed and stamped by EAACI, please send your PDF document via email to us: info@eacci-eram-serin2010.com - until September 24, 2010 at the latest. EACCI will then send the signed and stamped invitation letter to you via standard post. All PDFs sent to us after September 24, 2010 will be signed and stamped, however returned ONLY by fax. If you do still need any original documents returned to you by post after this date, you will be asked to cover the costs of any courier post yourself.
