Payment
The early registration fee has to be paid until September 6, 2010 - otherwise the fee will be raised to the higher advanced registration fee without notice.
The late registration fee has to be paid until October 29, 2010 - otherwise the fee will be raised to the higher onsite fee without notice.
Registration fees are to be paid in € (Euro).

Bank transfer charges
All bank charges for the transfer service have to be paid by participants.
Late payment
Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt/bank statement. Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted.
Terms of cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to dm&c. In case of cancellation before July 30, 2010 we will refund your registration fee minus 50% charge for administrative proceedings. Please do not expect this kind of financial settlement until after the congress. After July 30, 2010 we cannot grant any refund for cancellations.
Changes of registration and names
Should you be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of EUR 50 will be charged. |
