Hotels
Rooms of various categories have been reserved in centrally located hotels with easy access to the SQUARE BRUSSELS (Congress venue). Rooms will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. Early booking is highly recommended.
All room rates are in € (Euro), per room and night including breakfast, local taxes, service charge and VAT.
Booking Procedure
You can easily book your accommodation during the online registration. If you have already registered to the Congress and would like to add a hotel booking please contact us via info@eaaci-eram-serin2010.com.
Payment and Guarantee
Guarantee by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express). By sending the full credit card details the requested room is guaranteed on behalf of the cardholder (also for late arrival). All payments must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
Full prepayment by bank transfer

Cancellation of Hotel reservation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to dm&c. In case of cancellation the following fees apply:
- cancellation until June 30, 2010: no cancellation fee/free of charge
- cancellation after June 30, 2010: the booked room rate for two nights
- in case of no-show at the congress: the reserved and confirmed room nights
